Great camping and a really nice golf course.
A very pretty park and reasonable cost. Facilities are not fancy but are all clean and serviceable. Staff obviously work hard to keep it in top shape. Take a walk around the lake. Beautiful bird sanctuary. Saw everything from great blue herons and pelicans to chickadees and humming birds. Golf course is 9 holds and fun. Decent greens as well. Great place!
Decent camping, asked for 30 amp with sewer. Didn't get it. Campsites in one area are so close together with no privacy. Clean. Awesome hiking paths filled with all kinds of berries. Swim hole however, is filled with leeches!!! Tons and tons. Terrible. My kids went swimming for 20 mins and came out full of leeches. Gross!! Will not return.
Nice golf course, friendly staff and cold beer. What more could you ask for?
